This  marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a brand that customers love. We focus not only on acquiring users but also on creating content and campaigns that nurture existing teams and drive them to upgrade. We are looking for a web producer who will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of their web platform.  You will guide and lead web projects from conception to execution, help design and implement repeatable processes for handling changes to our web properties, and become the subject matter expert on our current content management system. This role is inherently cross-functional, and you will be partnering closely with our design, translation, and web development teams to ensure on-time delivery against production deadlines.



  • Process owner for “ Web Production” workflows

    • Owns execution on web requests that do not require web dev

      • Make the decision to handle themselves, or train and empower the user requesting assistance.

    • Owns end-to-end process from intake, execution, QA, and publication

    • Understands when something requires webdev vs. when it doesn’ t

    • Documents current state, leads training, onboarding, and oversees end-users executing on web needs (within Marketing)

  • Quarterback for web launches

    • Attends project kick off, scopes required web work, builds work back plan, coordinates with creative producer, webdev, and translation teams

    • Stages and QA’ s web content

    • Updates events/tracking within Google Analytics

    • Serves as a consultant and provides guidance on execution approach


  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Experience authoring web pages in an enterprise-level content management system utilizing writing, coding, and graphics production skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and can manage and prioritize their time effectively

  • Working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Optimize, Tag Manager, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of common development workflows and tools, specifically Git, Github, Markdown, and managing a local development environment


  • Strong technical web production skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience working on an international website supporting multiple languages
