Our client, a full service  ad agency specializing in strategic planning, marketing, brand building and multi-cultural advertising is looking for VP/Director of Analytics. This position will be responsible for creating, managing and representing the agency' s analytics program and its capabilities. 
  • Design, develop and manage a suite of analytics product, service and technology offerings for our media types (TV, Radio, Print, Digital etc.)
  • Establish the agency in the marketplace in the area of analytics,  including data mining and marketing mix modeling
  • Deliver ongoing custom and ad-hoc reporting and analysis across all Media campaigns 
  • Maintain the Business Intelligence architecture, including dashboards to support in- house reporting/analysis and client-facing dashboards 
  • Develop data and technology strategies for capturing and processing data and transforming it into actionable analytical products and solutions 
  • Architect, build and administer a data warehouse of cross-platform media and response data, databases and data-driven technologies as needed to support client engagements 

Requirements 
  • 7-10 years' experience in a leadership role managing analytics programs
  • MBA or Degree in Data Science, Analytics,  Social Science, Economics or related fields
  • Advanced experience with multi-channel fractional attribution models, DSP/DMP integrations and PMML 
  • Advanced experience with R, Python, SQL 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience setting up and administering databases like MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, or similar 
  • Solid experience architecting, building and managing, BI solutions, databases and data-driven technologies
  • Advertising Agency and mixed modeling experience required
