The company is seeking an experienced and energetic recruiter to support new grad and intern recruiting for a number of specialized technical roles. The ideal candidate will have technical recruiting experience with university students in a high volume environment. This role is located in our Menlo Park, CA. office. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduates and interns across several technical and non-technical teams Partner closely with industry recruiters to ensure smooth candidate transition and consistent candidate experience Collaborate with client groups and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers Manage and further relationships with university staff and faculty at targeted universities Act as a resource to interns throughout their internship including on-boarding, performance evaluation, and conversion process Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline, across client groups from top university programs Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of the company and our talent acquisition team.
Passionate about the company and able to speak to our technology/industry Experience with recruiting for technical roles preferred Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process Technical and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering schools, conferences, and scholarship programs Experience with managing nuanced programs Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience recruiting university candidates.
