DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Sr. Security DevOps Engineer/Architect you will:
  • Assist with compliance and auditing priorities
  • Prototype secure engineering solutions
  • Leverage deep technical understanding to guide good decisions and implementation on building and/or buying solutions
  • Assist with team’ s procurement and vendor management
  • Design, collaborate with and educate peer teams on secure baselines, artifacts, and integrations
  • Deep dive and debug full-stack technical issues
  • Work with teams on processes and guidelines, to integrate with security and compliance policies

REQUIREMENTS
  • 6-10 years in relevant experience and bachelor’ s degree; OR
    10-14 years in relevant experience.
  • Monitoring & IR experience
  • Logging and Data administration experience
  • Cloud Security Standards knowledge
  • Deployment experience with containers, virtualization, CI/CD
  • Configuration Management experience
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps and DevOps practices and tooling
  • Deep understanding of full stack, with at least 1-2 expertise areas (i.e. network, big data, database, forensics, IR monitoring, config management, automation etc.)
  • Vendor assessment/management
  • Proficiency with Production site best practices in security, reliability, and scaling
  • Successful experience interfacing with compliance and auditing
  • Familiarity with some core standards and frameworks (NIST, SANS, CSA and/or equivalents)
