Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse campaigns to to suggest  plans for revision
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising team for optimization by to executing  test-and-learn opportunities
  • Manage the strategy  to grow paid search and other channels efficiently from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the creative, landing and copywriting teams to improve ad performance
  • Predict and lead  the SEM budget
  • Make sure of timely executions of all paid search campaigns
  • Be the middle man between external vendors
  • Oversee feed management
  • Grow adjacent Google channels (Google Display Network & YouTube)
  • Assist the acquisition team to broaden their business on paid search
  • Grow an auction-winning bid and optimization strategies
  • Be a creative team player to endorse  thoughts to other channel managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search marketing
  • Ideal candidate will be analytical and data-driven
  • Love data and bring an analytical perspective to everything you do
  • Experience buying in Adwords is requires, experience with Google Shopping or feed management is a plus
  • Great communications kills, you have the ability to create a campaign strategy & performance results for the team to comprehend and execute
  • Good team player
  • Passionate about the brand voice and mission
  • Be curious and have an appetite for learning, staying up-to-date with new trends in paid media
