The Global Business Marketing' s Scaled Education team is responsible for accelerating  growth by aligning the skills of our customers, resellers and colleagues through a consistent, global, scaled education platform.

We are timely, data-driven, and results oriented. We work cross-functionally with our global teams to drive awareness, consideration, adoption & growth of company  solutions.What you' ll do as a Sr Marketing Manager  on the Scaled Education team within the Global Business Marketing organization, you will drive and execute existing strategies and programs.

Your expertise will support and shape strategic and data-driven marketing strategies, curriculum expansions/enhancements, and decision-making with the goal of helping us grow our business impact.

Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of global, virtual learning experiences for company clients. Work cross-functionality with sales teams and vendors to provide relevant, accurate, and best-in-class experiences for learners.  Maintain reporting and analytics along with Marketing Data Analyst in order to provide insights and recommendations using both platform and marketing data to help drivecustomer adoption, growth, and retention of scaled education platforms.? Be a strategic business partner for internal sales teams in order to move our partners' business forward. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and draft learningstrategies or programs and establish KPIs and targets to measure success anddetermine whether to increase or decrease ongoing investment accordingly.? Be nimble in responsibilities while working within a small Scaled Education teamincluding a program director, instructional designers, and data analyst.? Work alongside instructional designers and other cross-functional teams to help plandevelopment and needs for new Twitter Flight School curriculum for Twitter client' s.? Be a self-starter, but work and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholdersacross marketing, sales, and operations teams.? Showcase problem-solving skills, with the ability to come to rigorous and de.fensiblesolutions to complex and open-ended problems.? Maintain great working relationships with other team members and internal clients

Requirements

-  Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including sales, product management, marketing, creative, and legal teams.
-  Be forward-thinking, well organized, and able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
-  Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
-   Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
-  You have a builder mentality, an insatiable sense of curiosity, attention to detail and love for rolling up your sleeves to getting to work.
- 10+ years of experience working in a digital marketing or advertising role preferably at a media, agency, or tech organization.
