As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will define the company’ s growth plan through intense ideation and execution across growth programs you coordinate and own.

Responsibilities:
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance; build cohesive, actionable marketing strategies
  • Gather input from customers and internal departments and use this data to establish growth targets, strategies, and KPIs
  • Evolve brand and community through region-wide partnerships, influencer relationships and local activations
  • Collaborate on paid marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive user growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI, including:
  • Acquiring new users
  • Converting trial users to paying users
  • Retaining paying users and maximizing revenue
  • Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, strategies, visual creative, and copy -- across national, local and hyperlocal formats
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization

Requirements:
  • 4+ year’ s in a growth-focused marketing role
  • Candidates MUST have B2B or Subscription based SaaS experience
  • Candidate MUST have experience with scaled growth across a road-mapped acquisition channel plan
  • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing and customer-acquisition funnels
  • Very data-driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data
  • Able to work within a multi-touch attribution framework and use tools (Google Analytics and Convertro) to uncover value across channels
  • Experience leveraging content to acquire customers
  • Channel-agnostic when it comes to approaching customer acquisition
  • Experience   developing local and hyperlocal marketing strategies (local activation and events, direct mailers, flyers, etc)
