  • Collaborate with internal recruiting team and hiring managers to fill sales positions

  • Expand candidate talent pools  through creative sourcing strategies

  • Manage full cycle recruiting and candidate experience 

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team to define and create new roles

  • Assist with recruiting projects


Requirements
 

  • Worked 3+ years in a sales recruiting role within a tech environment

  • Passion for working in a startup environment with a hands-on approach, experienced in startup

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and creative sourcing

  • Experience with Sales recruitment in the Public Sector preferred!
