This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to progress their career within a wholesale ecommerce Brand in Central London

The company are looking for a dynamic and diligent individual with Fashion Wholesale experience to provide a world class service and liaise with a growing number of enterprise brands and retailers. This individual will be responsible for retaining customers through building relationships with C-level executives, understanding company health during customer lifecycle, and know how to appropriately identify and resolve sensitive customer issues.

Duties include -

Develop long-term relationships with enterprise and VIP brand clients

Track the development and success of our customers, referencing their goals and knowing how report back on progress and next steps.

Work with C-Suites at the brands to learn their company and seasonal goals, and make a playbook to support them

Accurately capture customer feedback and translate that into product requirements.

Spearhead renewal conversations with customers. Uncover areas of opportunity to grow their business

Travel onsite to customers to develop relationships and learn firsthand how they are using our product to meet their business needs.

Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team/Onboarding post sale to onboard new clients

Be a champion of world-class customer service; deliver high quality customer experience at every contact point.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

10+ years experience working in fashion wholesale

Experience as a Key / National Account Manager, with some 360 experience within Fashion ie Merchandiser. Buying, Operations etc

Relevant experience in Account Management/Sales, SaaS/Software, e-commerce, technology .

Fluent in English required,

EDUCATION: BA/BS Required, MBA / Graduate degree is a plus

Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling competing/changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
