The SEM Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all search engine marketing campaigns. The SEM Manager should possess a firm grasp of search engine marketing. Additionally, this team member should have a working knowledge of the paid search platforms and campaigns. In this role, you will be expected to manage specific paid search projects and to assist all brands to meet established spend and lead goals and other performance metrics.
  • Works closely with Senior Paid Media Manager (SPMM) to develop cohesive digital
    marketing strategies
  • Create campaigns through collaboration with Graphic Design team and SPMM
  • Create ad copy and creatives (with Graphics team) and send to SPMM for approval for SEM campaigns when applicable
  • Communicate with SEO & Google Analytics Technician to implement Facebook Pixels tracking
  • Create custom conversions with SPMM
  • Make necessary adjustments to budgets and collaborate with internal teams to ensure success of clients’ campaigns
  • Monitor SEM spends weekly for all clients
  • Create/Run all assigned reporting with SPMM
  • Optimize campaigns as needed through specific SEM techniques and platforms
  • Create SEM campaigns, Ad Groups, and Keywords (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
  • Implement budget allocation towards campaigns and ad groups
  • Conduct competitor research for keywords (SEMRush)
  • Monitor Remarketing ads on Ad Roll
  • Collaborate with website team for landing page creation and page tracking
  • Create DSA and Shopping campaigns for e-commerce accounts

 

Requires:
  • Two years of experience with Google Analytics and/or SEM
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Amazing and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of landing pages, call tracking, PPC
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Bachelor’ s degree is required
  • General understanding of search engine optimization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), Google Adwords, Bing Ads, and Gemini.
  • Google Adwords and Analytics Certifications.
  • Google Merchant Center (Shopping) experience
