Title: Paid Social Manager
Company: Fast growing, innovative start up skincare brand
Location: New York, New York
Current location: Remote for now, eventually NYC based

Responsibilities: 
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc.
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Working  closely with creative teams to build direct response creative for Paid platforms, and understands the importance of testing and iterating on creatives to drive optimal performance.
  • Running direct response campaigns to drive subscribers (preferably in the E-commerce space)
  • Building a P&L and the importance of unit economics as it relates to scaling Paid Acquisition programs
  • Driving Paid Influencer programs / whitelisting on social
  • Conducting data analyses to discover actionable insights that can be used and building forecasting models to project performance
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 - 5 years of experience managing multiple paid channels with deep experience on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram
  • Experience with other similar DTC brands across fashion, beauty or lifestyle (agency or in house)
  • Strong skills in Excel, Shopify, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, ReCharge and Klaviyo 
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and resourceful. When handling a challenge, being resourceful to tackle it head on
  • Passionate about DTC and are an active member of the community
