Organizational Change Management Lead

Consulting role in NYC

Must have 6 plus years experience with Change Management and experience with Infrastructure products and services such as  Office365, Webex, Voice, Telepresence

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Infrastructure Services leadership team, peers in functions, Corporate Communications, Learning and Training, HR and Legal required to support efficient collaboration, planning and delivery of communications and adoption initiatives and projects.
  • Work closely with the Product, Change Management and Communications Leads to contribute to the development and execution of the change management deployment plan.
  • Work closely with the end user community to ensure our technology is adopted and used to enhance employee productivity.
  • Lead the design and development of technology change management and communication deliverables, stakeholder analysis, change impact, assessment, communication strategy/plan, leadership action plan, training roadmap, and post-change evaluation.
  • Create creation of deliverables as per change management strategy, communication plan, in close coordination with key partners.
  • Shape effective Infrastructure Services communications and drive messaging and narrative development for the Infrastructure products and services (services like Office365, Webex, Voice, Telepresence).
  • Work with cross-functional technology leaders to develop and refine communications content and materials to ensure a consistent voice and effective storytelling.
  • Leverage best in class change management models and methodologies to provide consistent processes, tools, and services to stakeholders.
  • Act as daily spokesperson, communicating the user benefits of our products and key messages to internal outreach partners.
  • Lead the team of communications specialists focused on unified communications, the desktop strategy and security, including creating multiple vehicles of communication.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive change management, communications and user adoption experience.
  • Experience of significant transformational projects within large, complex multi-national organizations
  • An undergraduate degree is required; a degree in Organizational Development / Change, or Business with a focus in Organizational Studies is preferred. Previous experiences in management consulting and/or working in a technology organization is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee technology including desktop, collaboration tools, mobility.
  • Solid understanding of Change Management strategic planning processes, delivery methodologies and tools to delivery successful Change programs.
  • Extensive experience in ensuring user adoption and confidence in using technology.
  • Proven results in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation and process change efforts.
  • Ability to capture the voice of leadership and communicate complex, technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to craft approaches for the organization that meet short term needs while supporting / pushing moving the org forward for the long term.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Must be a strong team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Understanding of cultural differences with ability to work with colleagues across many functions and in different countries.
