The role of Operational Administrator will be responsible for data entry, accounts payable, payroll, report generation, as well as providing support within all internal departments (i.e. HR, internal marketing, accounting, etc). The primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and providing assistance to the Controller regarding financial management.
- Direct support to the Controller regarding office management, accounts payable, client-related monthly reporting, HR assistance as directed by the Controller.
- Daily duties regarding account management support, not limited to generation of routine reporting regarding client interim status and billing.
- Perform routine accounting related duties, such as maintenance of Company credit card, accounts payables, accounts receivables and daily cash activity.
- Management of vendor cards and client cards in coordination with department supervisors and the Controller.
- Administrator processes for purchase orders as well as onboarding vendors and clients.
- Maintenance of contracts, fully and semi executed.
- Payroll management, including tracking hourly timesheets.
- Organization of fiscal documents.
- Regular meetings with Controller regarding Company updates and status changes.
- 2-3 years of operational support experience including data entry, accounts payable, payroll, and report generation for HR, internal marketing, and accounting departments
- Strong proficiency utilizing Workamajig
- Extensive experience with MS Office
