Our client is a digital platform /content creator that specializes creating a movement for the greater good. They are looking for an expert in the area of selling ad content, pre-roll, buying blocks and branded content to YOuTube, other OTTs and networks.

You Will:
  • Prospect new clients, secure client meetings, prepare for and lead pitch meetings with all levels of clients, and own the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Leverage existing relationships in order to hit the ground running
  • Cover brands across all verticals, as well as both agency and client direct
  • Develop a sales strategy and business plan for generating revenue through premium direct sales to brands and agencies as well as RFP agency business.
  • Interface with creatives  in order to ideate custom content executions
  • Attend industry events to represent Jubilee in market in order to build your book of business and forge new relationships
  • Develop and maintain knowledge to become an expert on video and content marketing with a heavy focus on YouTube.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of digital media sales experience specific to video - OTT or VOD and programmatic experience is a plus.
  • In depth knowledge of the digital media landscape as it relates to digital video and the flow of TV dollars to online video platforms
  • The ability to win RFPs with thoughtful, creative, and strategic ideas.
  • Familiarity with basic technical elements of selling digital video and helping clients integrate it into a larger media strategy
  • A desire to jump in to a fast-growing start-up with a young culture where we ask for forgiveness and not permission
  • Curiosity, grit, and the ability to accept feedback without ego.
  • Previous experience successfully driving revenue through prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing and renewing business
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal partner teams while being independent in managing your business
  • Outstanding communications skills - including negotiation skills - and exemplary consultative selling skills
  • A passion for good storytelling and client' s  mission of creating content that inspires individuals to Embrace Empathy
