This role will sit in the demand creation function of the regional hub in Oxford and will support the Media lead with all paid media related activity. Supporting all aspects of Paid Media this role will co-ordinate with local markets, regional colleagues and agencies to drive forward the planning, buying, localisation and reporting of paid media activity.
This role will primarily support execution of Paid Media through EMEA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico & Latin America Direct Markets. This will involve regular contact with local marketing teams so excellent project management and communication skills are a must.
The regional hubs are split into four functions that cover Demand Creation, Consumer Experiences, Dealer Marketing and Business Planning. Within Demand Creation the goal is to take consumers through customer journey from awareness of the brand to consideration of our products and on to test-drives, purchase, repurchase etc. Therefore Demand Creation covers Paid media advertising (channel agnostic), all digital channels and CRM.
A highly organised project manager, proven self-starter and problem solver. Great communication skills are a must as is a positive can-do attitude. Likely to be in a specialist Media role today or with broader marketing experience looking to build a career within paid media/advertising. Comfortable in a commercial/metrics driven environment with high levels or responsibility, where they have the opportunity to make a significant impact to the business and develop their career into a more senior role.
