Responsibilities:

Marketing Lead, Brand Production will manage internal stakeholders and agency resources responsible for creating and producing strategically directed creative marketing communications assets that support the company' s   annual full and mid-year model launches.   As a part of the Global Content team, this position will support the entire suite of   products   across the International Region
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the development of strategic global, regional and retail advertising campaigns and promotions with regional nuances, photo and video assets to be used across marketing disciplines (ad/promo, web, social, print collateral, Public Relations, Customer Lifecycle Management, etc.) and other marketing support materials/content targeted to specific customer segments. 


 
Duties include  -
•     Lead global full and mid-model year launch content planning and production while partnering with internal stakeholders across the marketing organization to ensure successful launches.
•     Management and delivery of launch and campaign content materials, including product literature, across all international markets.
•     Develop monthly reports on model year launch status/performance to share with leadership.
•     Assist in the collection of materials, assets, data and/or plans to help in the development of model year launches.
•     Act as one of the key contact people for the department' s external/internal partners (agency/suppliers/contractors) and collaborates with them to deliver the project or campaign. Ensure that scope and budget are understood and sets expectations while managing any deviations or issues along the way.
•     Manage day-to-day requests and questions from regional marketing team members and special projects as needed.

Person Specification

This position requires a Bachelor’ s Degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent degree.   The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of Marketing experience including demonstrated expertise in the production process of various marketing materials across all media, and proven ability to clearly communicate strategic direction and lead suppliers/agency partners.   Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.   Experience in project planning including budget management required.   Previous experience with dealer network marketing in the motorsports industry, previous agency-side account or creative positions, and tailoring Global campaigns to regional nuances are strongly preferred

Salary £ 49k - £ 56k
