Job Description:
Our client’ s ideal MarTech Manager is responsible for defining the vision, managing and implementing the strategy relevant to the marketing capabilities and systems needed to support the successful growth and operation of their marketing organization. Through the management of their team and working with their marketing partners, this position will have accountability and ownership of the MarTech roadmap and work with their delivery partners and vendors in enabling, utilizing and expanding their MarTech abilities.

As the marketing systems and capabilities continue to evolve, this leader will keep current and help their partners remain educated on the changing capabilities of systems while maintaining a careful balance in the pace of change to ensure maximum adoption of the capabilities already enabled. This manager will work with their marketing partners to ensure that the appropriate data capabilities exist and the appropriate performance indicators are defined and managed to in order to remain on target with continuously improving marketing' s effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Define the MarTech strategy Evangelize, train, and embed the understanding of the MarTech tools into the marketing teams Define the business needs and requirements for MarTech investments Serve as the internal champion for MarTech Initiatives
  • Manage the transformational change necessary for MarTech investments to achieve the anticipated impact
  • Educate the marketing organization on MarTech advances that can enhance client engagement across the entire client life cycle Serve as the ongoing business owner for MarTech data, applications, and systems that support marketing
  • Act as the liaison with external partners to ensure that the right solutions are selected and implemented in a timely manner
  • Map MarTech features and functions to marketing goals and objectives to build a comprehensive MarTech strategy and roadmap
  • Develop SLAs for all MarTech solutions Establish governance practices for MarTech solutions Manage vendor implementations and delivery of MarTech solutions
  • One of the Business owners of advanced marketing data and analytics
  • Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products the bank provides, the services the bank delivers, the processes employed and the incentives with which colleagues are awarded.
  • All Client products, financial solutions and services are to be provided ethically and with integrity in a manner that is consistent with the client-first culture and values embodied in Client' s PRIDE statement
  • Increase the usage and enrollment of digital products and services
  • Implement and maintain a digital awareness and training program for colleagues and increase adoption of digital services with clients through enabling capabilities to improve targeted marketing programs
  • Ongoing alignment with compliance and line of business goals must be part of all efforts
  • Maintain ownership of all marketing technology and tools while implementing an ongoing and required training and transformation program for colleagues
  • Optimize their marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Increase the usage and enrollment of digital products and services
  • Develop a talent pipeline and relationships with peers to increase knowledge and networking

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking or Financial services
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing employees and teams

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and implementing a MarTech vison
  • Ability to lead in an Agile environment
  • Experience in managing the integration of marketing application solutions across an organization' s MarTech landscape
  • Deep domain knowledge of the MarTech application landscape inclusive of modern SalesForce and Adobe AEM, Target, Analytics, and DAM
  • Proficiency with content management, web, social, and mobile platforms and APIs
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Demonstration of strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in modern data and analytics approaches inclusive of Machine Learning and AI as it applies to marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, Team oriented, Able to develop and maintain professional relationships both up and down in the organization
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
