This is an amazing opportunity to undertake a Senior Business Insight role working for one of the world' s most iconic Brands.
You will manage a team within the International Business Intelligence group to develop market analytics and intelligence to identify the next level of opportunities and challenges for the International sales organization and the broader International business. The role is to develop and manage international analytics. This role will develop a consistent approach to International business intelligence across all countries, sub-regions and Developed/Emerging markets. This position will manage direct reports to accomplish key functional goals and will work in a leadership role to influence team members and internal clients in a collaborative, consultative manner.
Elevate the capability and influence of data-driven decision making and external perspectives in the International sales organization.
Drive actionable intelligence into challenges and opportunities and in support of business plan development.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships and external partnerships. Ensure intelligence is co-owned and advanced within the organization.
Integrate cross-functional, cross-market and cross-category analytical intelligence into actionable recommendations to influence business decisions.
Develop and manage consistent approaches to “ best practice” analytics methods and applications across the organization.
Define and drive operational and business shifts by identifying and leading hypotheses and exploring those hypotheses through analytics to discover the next level of market opportunities and challenges. Proactively seek opportunities to link and leverage external knowledge sources to create more complete/deeper intelligence and best practices.
Collaborate with partners across the international business to develop the appropriate infrastructure (people, process, data, technology) to support the analytics process.
Position requires a minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience with specific emphasis on business/marketing analytics and consumer, retail and International Business Intelligence- preferably with consumer brands.
Proven operational analytics experience, including the required components of people, processes, methodologies, data and data governance, and technologies (tools, systems, and architecture).
Proven business acumen and the ability to translate analytics into business implications. Demonstrated ability to conduct, manage and synthesize consumer, retail, and market data and deliver intelligence supporting overarching business goals.
Ability to work in and bring structure to highly ambiguous environments. Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills. Demonstrated experience in integrating disparate sources of information into a coherent “ story” that answers specific business hypotheses.
