Manager, Etailer e-Commerce

A key liaison role for corporate office  and our retailers’ online business stakeholders and is responsible for day-to-day sales and seasonal promotions, within the brand’ s overall digital strategy. Develop etailer digital programs that are on strategy, profitable and integrated across multiple platforms. Execute tactics to grow awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion to achieve company monthly revenue targets through integrated partner marketing, elevated brand visibility and promotional offers. Work closely with marketing, sales, PR, global social team and all North America retail partners.

Reports to: Director, E-commerce & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Etailer Sales Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage each etailer’ s seasonal E-commerce planning calendar, as well as on-site promotional strategies (launches, top 20 SKUs, limited edition sets, samples and GWPs), in liaison with Marketing and Sales Development teams.

  • Drive etailers’ sales goals and manage all etailer account management. Track each etailer’ s weekly sales and achieve sell-out targets.

  • Forecast retail sales by account weekly (MTS), reviewing sales forecast with Sales Development Team and reflow as needed

  • Analyze weekly SKU results to understand sales trends

  • End-to-end management, measurement and results analysis of sampling and GWPs as a business driver.

  • Maintain monthly report and track KPIs for overall business and site performance. Obtain brand’ s ranking information and gather insights for competitive benchmarking.

Launch/Promotional Management

  • Lead new launch product plans and ensure the success of promotional programs including brand exposure, digital campaign, product merchandising and product sales. .

  • Negotiate and influence accounts to ensure brand’ s visibility via multiple sources of traffic and sales touch points.

  • Secure presence in etailers’ social feeds (blogs, Facebook, Instagram, influencer activations)

  • Ensure marketing support skus (samples and GWPs) are shipped to retailer accounts

  • Support Neiman Marcus/Bergdorf Goodman Product Specialist with assets and content to fuel customer outreach

Etailer Advertising (Co-op)

  • Assist Director and manage $550k digital co-op campaign including remarketing, affiliate, paid social and other advertising opportunities that arise.

  • Execute the campaign launch (negotiation, planning, creative direction) to maximize ROI

  • Partner with etailers team to determine ad-hoc marketing opportunities proactively and execute campaigns

Website Merchandising

  • Communicate with etailers regularly to secure brand page updates, merchandising, allocations, set/GWP update and product shipments.

  • Provide creative assets for and ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

  • Manage onsite merchandising, QA on each etailers site. Ensure quality and accuracy of product copy, assets, links and prices

  • Manage allocations and product set ups of no-cost skus

  • Track merchandising order and exposure on weekly basis


  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, 5+ years total experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury, including management of external vendors

  • Experience building solid relationships with key retailers/etailers

  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, solutions-oriented professional, with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative marketing solutions on time and on budget

  • Strong multi-tasking, detail-driven, organizational, collaboration & communication skills

  • Knowledge of and passion for the cosmetics and/or luxury business
