Responsibilities: 


The Marketing Analyst position will assist in the creation and management of key client marketing and media
performance reports and dashboards, as well as assist in data ETL and automation processes via Excel,
Alteryx and Tableau.
Primary responsibilities include assisting the manager of analytics in concepting and delivering client reporting
and dashboards, including Quigley-Simpson' s (Data Intelligence Platform), addressing internal data automation
needs, and fulfilling ad-hoc client requests.
The ideal candidate would have a formal background or training in quantitative thinking/approaches
Responsibilities
• Work with analytics, operations, media and client service teams to gather, process, and report on
marketing, media, and creative performance
• Assist data scientist and manager of marketing analytics in the aggregation and processing of internal
and external data sources and work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processes are followed
• Utilize advanced Excel formulas, pivots, charts, and macros to improve existing Excel-based
templates/reports with the ultimate goal of transitioning into a fully automated state
• Experience with regression analysis or forecasting is a plus
• Under the supervision of the manager of analytics, assist in the research, documentation, and
resolution of internal and external stakeholder data process, visualization, or access issues
• Ability to learn and build basic Alteryx workflows and apps for internal stakeholders
• Assist in the creation of agency decks for client reporting, insights, and pitches
• Assist the data scientist and manager of marketing analytics to create and analyze creative and
messaging performance tests (A/B, Multi-Variate)

Requirements: 
• Bachelor’ s degree in marketing, analytics, database engineering, business management, finance or
statistics
• 1 – 2 years of experience with a media, digital or a marketing agency would be great as well as similar
experience working with several marketing channels and their respective platforms
• Experience with integrated/cross-channel media and marketing, inclusive of traditional, digital, mobile, social, search, web, CRM, email, OOH, etc.• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tool preferred
• Tableau or similar visualization/analysis tool experience preferred
• Experience working with and reporting/analyzing Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, DCM/Sizmek,
SEM, paid social, Amazon, social listening tools
• General understanding of programmatic and DSP/DMP RTP environments and tools
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized, demonstrates excellent written/verbal communication and
presentation skills
• Enthusiastic and collaborative team player with an “ anything is possible” and service-oriented attitude
• Advanced/expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
