The main responsibilities of this role are to manage the assigned key accounts working closely with the buying and merchandising teams to grow and manage the business. This role is responsible for all aspects of the Key Accounts including sell-in and sell-out whilst also seeking new business opportunities.
Achieve wholesale targets and budget sales figures for the brand.
Working closely with the Head of Wholesale and the Marketing Officer in planning
strategy, priorities and wholesale / retail targets, which are to be reviewed monthly.
To plan each Key Account by sales turnover to ensure the right level of business support is given to achieve the sales plan, strategy.
Control and achieve distribution objectives in conjunction with the relevant Sales plans.
Identify areas of opportunity within the key accounts in order to plan and develop the right course of action to take with each account. Likewise, review and monitor poor performance and ensure that an action plan is put in place for consistent improvement.
Ensure all assigned Key Accounts have regular and effective in store promotional events throughout the year to support the marketing plan and monitor results.
Work with the Group Counter Managers and any field support to ensure that the Marketing plan is followed through and that all promotional activity is carried out in accordance with the brand Marketing schedule.
Grow and develop the Sales Counters in Key Accounts by negotiating better selling locations and better customer flow areas within the stores and upgrading the size of the sales area in order to develop and extend the range to be sold in store.

Interview, select and recruit Sales Consultants in accordance with agreed staffing plan levels for Key Accounts when required
Attend Sales Meetings/Trade Shows and Functions as requested by the company
Skills required -
1. 1 year of Managerial Experience in Sales
2. Excellent Organisational Skills
3. Man-management skills of 1 or more personnel
4. Good presentation skills
3. PC Literate including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
4. Proven ability to work under-pressure and to deadlines
5. Willingness to travel
