The International Marketing Manager will lead bespoke strategic planning and execution for international marketing campaigns, in collaboration with retail partners, affiliates and cross functional teams. Analytical problem solving, project management, thorough communication and ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external contacts will be key to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing planning, testing and execution of marketing initiatives across retail, e-Commerce, experiential/events, digital and social channels.
  • Establish KPIs and tracking of qualitative and quantitative success metrics
  • Sales, competitor, and market analysis to identify trends, partnerships and other opportunities
  • Assist with forecasting and help demand planning and retailers from supply shortage / overstock
  • Track and report marketing activities to executive management on a regular basis to keep them up to date at all times
  • Handle all international digital/social community management for products / brand
  • Ensure cohesiveness of brand and promotional marketing across affiliates and retailers
  • Manage budget and ROI of global digital and social marketing (paid search, email, influencer, affiliate, etc)
  • Work with internal creative and external / agency teams on asset development for marketing events and special campaigns

 

Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Successful retail and ecommerce marketing management experience, preferably in an international environment and in the beauty / lifestyle industry
  • Deep understanding of digital / social integrated marketing
  • Strong analysis and forecasting experience
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; bilingual skills a plus
  • Positive, professional and enthusiastic “ can-do” attitude
  • Experience working with affiliates and retail partners
