Responsibilities:
  • Administer  IT services  and provide  support in the corporate main office as well as the field offices.
  • Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and ensure accurate group access and user rights
  • Administer user accounts in MS Exchange and manage Distribution Lists permissions and Public Calendar access.
  • Perform Salesforce administration and management of profiles, roles, permissions and assignment rules
  • Keep open communication channels with vendors in respect to services provided to the company and improvement management
  • Monitor field offices and provide support whenever necessary either remotely or physically at the location.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange
  • Working knowledge of Workstations, printers (local and network) and Laptops
  • Able to format and setup software a workstation or laptop.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 7 pro
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Some network knowledge a plus
  • SQL server knowledge a plus 
  • Good at using Google to solve technical problems.
