Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: New York
- Administer IT services and provide support in the corporate main office as well as the field offices.
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and ensure accurate group access and user rights
- Administer user accounts in MS Exchange and manage Distribution Lists permissions and Public Calendar access.
- Perform Salesforce administration and management of profiles, roles, permissions and assignment rules
- Keep open communication channels with vendors in respect to services provided to the company and improvement management
- Monitor field offices and provide support whenever necessary either remotely or physically at the location.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Working knowledge of Workstations, printers (local and network) and Laptops
- Able to format and setup software a workstation or laptop.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 7 pro
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Some network knowledge a plus
- SQL server knowledge a plus
- Good at using Google to solve technical problems.
