This  highly successful start-up lifestyle brand is looking or a Marketing LEADER to be the driving force for the brand’ s long-term growth. Looking for someone with creative vision for both Brand and Acquisition strategies, to bring innovative marketing ideas to the table but also be hands on to execute.

This is an opportunity to create best practices and culture for an entire company, then grow into a CMO role as the business and team grows.
  • Define company’ s marketing vision, set marketing budget, lead team to drive growth and bolster brand identity.
  • Develop digital roadmap, managing internal team and digital agency to drive traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer experience
  • Lead voice of the brand setting new campaigns and A/B tests across ad copy/design, and landing pages to maximize conversion
  • Create and lead strategic initiatives for email marketing, CRM, social media, web content, SEO, SEM, retargeting, display advertising and social advertising, PR, and branding
  • Work with internal partners to optimize initiatives across marketing, operations, and customer experience
  • Lead internal teams in creative and PR, and be able to strategically add head count when appropriate

  • Digital 1st start-up e-commerce experience (Everlane, Glossier, Outdoor Voices, etc.) 
  • Proven success to scale a business 
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of Paid Media, Hypertargeting and Market trends
  • 4-year degree
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agility to pivot with evolving business needs
