The Job

We’ re seeking a highly talented leader who has experience in community building and social media to help strategize around building our audience into a vibrant community online and in the real world. We' re looking for a true hustler excited to help us convert our large digital audience into a passionate community of Goodhumans who will actively partake in and carry the company’ s ethos in the world. Our Head of Community will also oversee and grow GoodhumanX which is the membership group of our most passionate fans around the world.

What You' ll Do
  • Connecting with and creating connection between our audience in a profound, life-changing way
  • Leading and orienting our company to be in the business of going above and beyond in delighting our community
  • Develop strategy that will allow us to translate our audience into a community
  • Create research sessions to identify our fans and build relationships between them
  • Oversee and manage GoodhumanX membership group
  • Develop strategy deep relationships with and communicate better with community
  • Identify and support leaders in different regions to create sub-groups within various cities
  • Coordinate our community efforts across our content, social media, products, and experiences
  • Study and learn how to best delight and serve our community
