This is a 2 year Fixed term contract
You will be reporting to the HR Director (Worldwide), however this is a stand alone HR role covering Germany, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland. This position involves interacting on a daily basis with business leaders and managers on people related matters impacting their assigned business units
Duties include -
Human Resources Consultation & Management - supports the implementation of strategies. Provides support to leaders, managers and employees to better understand and utlise HR tools, processes and policies, maximizing organisational effectiveness, improving performance and ensuring compliance. Works collaboratively with COE and other HR resources to accomplish the following activities - change initiatives, employee relations interventions, talent development / acquisitions amd performance management, learning and development, business diagnostics, productivity analysis, retention and engagement assessment, employee communication
Integrated Business Solutions - Focuses HR solutions on organisational outcomes that inprove employee and organisational performance and productivity
Strategic Partner - Stays connected with the Leadership Team, workforce and corporate HR. Works with the business to execute agreed strategic plan. Understands the talent needs of the business. Ensures HR programmes are aligned with the business needs and culture
Talent Management - identifies talent issues before they impact the business - manages performance effectiveness.Is a role model for performance management and developing others. Has the ability to diagnose and resolve significant issues as needed.
Must speak Fluent German and excellent English
Degree level educated (or equivalent) with, ideally, 8 years related HR experience
Strong supervisory and operational management experience
Demonstrated competence in recruiting and placement for various level positions, knowledge of professional guidelines in selection procedures, equal opportunity employment law and compliance requirments.
Ability to apply conceptual, innovative thinking processes to the practical implementation of systems. Ability to be forward thinking and strategic with respect to HR processes and systems.
