The Brand Management team seeks an experienced Global Integrated Marketing Manager for the Insights Marketing team.  The Insights Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for scaling our insights packages via priority regional marketing programs, sales enablement and across external channels. They will arm the Global Business Marketing and sales teams with the latest insights to inform the sales and marketing materials they need to inspire client decisions and have more strategic conversations with them. The ideal candidate has an interest in consumer insights, trends and the marketing industry in general. This person will be a strategic thinker, a storyteller and a proactive self-starter. They must have great interpersonal and collaboration skills and possess exceptional organizational skills to manage and represent multiple fast-moving projects across several marketing functions and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Develops strong collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders and regional partners to define insights strategy and business goals, get buy-in of efforts and deliver valuable sales and marketing programs
  • Creates and scales compelling, integrated marketing insights content (e.g., POVs, messaging, presentations, guides, digital assets, videos etc.) in partnership with content strategists
  • Trials new potential internal and external channels for insights content to expand our reach and deliver meaningful insights to our audience in innovative ways
  • Develops a communication strategy to keep cross functional stakeholders up-to-date on our go-to-market strategies in partnership with regional marketing leads to ensure insights are the foundation of our storytelling across all marketing campaigns
  • Conducts post program analysis to assess effectiveness and provide learnings and recommendations for future projects

  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy
  • Familiarity of marketing concepts and technologies within the online advertising space
  • Proven ability to translate data and research into actionable findings
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
  • Experience bringing ideas to research positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects
  • Experience working across markets/regions with knowledge of differing advertiser/sales needs around the world
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner
