The Global Digital Analyst  will own  the global analytics strategy for external facing websites. Provide business support on the implementation and use of web analytics tags/variables based on the global standards and guidelines.  You will lead the analytics implementation using Adobe Analytics integrated with Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, and Adobe Experience Manager supporting   technology enhancement cycles. Also responsible for providing admin support for the Adobe Analytics and working with internal business units to ensure proper analytics configurations are implemented.

  • Support analytics aspects of purchase path integration with AEM, working with Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Manager
  • Provide guidance on proper analytics implementation and reporting based on Global Solution Design Reference (SDR) to business units and Centers of Excellence around the world
  • Provide basic governance and auditing for Adobe Analytics implementations, report suites, user accounts and other ongoing analytics projects
  • Support Adobe Experience Manager platform enhancement releases by:
    • Develop analytics opportunities/requirements/specs
    • Develop explicit testing procedures based on the defined analytics requirements
    • Lead the execution of analytics UAT and facilitate the resolutions of defects on time
  • Work with developers  to debug Adobe Analytics code implementations and approaches
  • Review/test analytics configurations in Adobe Experience Manager as part of site-creation workflow
  • Provide day to day admin support to Adobe Analytics users
  • Develop strategies for manageable global standards (Scalability + Efficiency) for Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager

  • 5+ years of experience working in web analytics and knowledge of digital media
  • Strong experience  using  Adobe Analytics. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a PLUS
  • Proficiency in Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager. Knowledge of Launch is a PLUS
  • Tag implementation and management experience (3rd party marketing and analytics)
  • Experience working with internet sites for large global companies

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (aka CQ5)
  • Digital marketing experience – Web Analytics, Digital Campaign Management, SEO, Email Marketing and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Social Analytics tools like Simply Measured, Radian6 and Sprinklr
  • Working knowledge of HTML/JS - Conduct quick diagnostics of issues and coordinate with the proper person or team for resolution
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
