About the team
The newly formed central creative team is committed to creating a unified narrative for  the company and all of it' s lines of business, setting new standards for creative excellence, and working with best-in-class partners who can help us create work with these goals in mind.

About the Role
The central creative team focuses on marketing initiatives for riders, drivers and other smaller brands within the company. We have a small but mighty team of creatives based in San Francisco, New York, and Amsterdam who you will have the
opportunity to work with. In this role, you will help support the creative process and bring ideas to life in all formats and channels.

- Liaise with marketing, operations, logistics, and agencies to produce best in class marketing
- Prioritize the most impactful work for the team and the allocated budgets
- Become an expert on the brand and be the central source of truth for all questions related to who is
doing what
- Manage a wide range of projects by quickly defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets,
and deliverables
- Manage internal staff comprised of Designer/Art Directors, Writers, Producers, and Creative leadership
- Manage budgets for staff and agency support
- Direct outside agencies or vendors in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions from events to integrated
brand campaigns
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shepherd projects from intake through launch
- Onboard and manage external agencies for webdev, photography, video, and print needs
- Identify freelance team needs to support the prioritized work, source, and onboard
- Build team camaraderie and apply best practices in cross-discipline knowledge sharing
- Shape and cultivate an environment where the work and the creatives flourish
- Inspire the team

- 8-10 years of agency and in-house and a mix of program management, creative operations, production and
project management experience
- A critical eye for good design, direction, writing, production force and other creative skills
- Skilled at evaluating project scope, managing internal resources, managing vendors or contractors with
associated budgets
- Experience as a manager with a track record of growing a team, building trust, coaching, setting vision for
success, and connecting across teams
- Experience developing concepts and bringing them to life across channels
- Comfort presenting to leadership
- Good judgement, knowing when to be diplomatic and nurturing, and when to be assertive
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity to problem-solve creative new approaches
- Experience with different channel workflows from video to print and everything in between
- Experience managing agencies including briefing, on boarding, etc.
- Comfort juggling multiple projects at the same time
- Optimism and excitement for your work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for making things a little better
