Responsibilities will include:
Ordering supplies, data entry, filing, scheduling, organizing showroom, and all other administrative tasks.
o Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
o Ability to be discrete on confidential matters and show a sense of urgency when needed
o Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
o Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
