Talent Procurement and Campaign Management
  • Lead the talent procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital and influencer seeding campaigns
  • Participate in internal talent casting/brainstorming sessions and conduct talent outreach to developed network of agents, managers, publicists, etc.
  • Ability to negotiate through from scope of work to contract on behalf of brand and agency clients; includes liaising with internal legal teams
  • Manage talent vetting and background checks for prospective talent, including utilizing relevant tools/social media insights to assess brand fit
  • Manage the development of client-facing materials, including scopes of work, formal offer letters, contracts and recap documents
  • Drive coordination of and facilitate talent approvals for campaign materials, including a tracker of all talent-related campaign deliverable
  • Understanding of SAG and ability to work with signatories to confirm allocations and financial implication of allocations, manage budget and payment
  • Monitor entertainment social media channels, blogs, publications and broadcast channels for information relevant to starpower clients in order to proactively provide updates, entertainment information and pitch talent led opportunities to brand through to negotiation and execution
  • Leverage network to identify entertainment content opportunities (e.g. integration, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and requirements for social

Client Service
  • Ability to lead client communications
  • Attend regularly scheduled client conference calls and in-person meetings
  • Lead planning sessions from ideation to final presentation for talent-led activation; proficient in creating client sell-in materials
  • Participate in business pitches; presentations to clients and prospective clients
  • Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking

  • Passion for the business of entertainment (entertainment, sports, music, fashion and beauty)
  • Strong knowledge of pop-culture, including, TV, Film, celebrities, models, athletes, musicians, influencers, etc., including for multi-cultural audiences, with a particular focus on the US Hispanic demographic
  • Digital/social media savvy
  • Creative, flexible, self-motivated
  • 5+ years of client management and talent procurement/buying experience
  • Experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), athletes, celebrities, agents, managers and publicists
  • Ability to supervise and license music a plus
  • Strong relationships with entertainment agents, managers, publicists, and other entertainment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Bachelors degree; preferred if degree is in a relevant course of study; e.g. business administration, sports management, integrated marketing communications (marketing, PR, advertising)
