Responsibilities:

The Director of Sales Operations will manage and grow a team of analysts to focus on our Salesforce operations efforts, sales data analysis, and reporting.
  • Lead and hire a team of analysts and operations staff
  • Own Salesforce operations and management, including leading a team to ensure operational and billing effectiveness and efficiency 
  • Establish a sales onboarding program and playbooks to train new employees
  • Manage a team of sales analysts to track long term sales data, providing insights and KPIs to management
  • Own the contract and proposal tracking processes

 

Requirements:
  • 5+ years leading Sales Operations for a mid or large sized tech company
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sales or operations employees
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience at a fast-paced startup a plus
