Our client is looking for a sales leader who will be responsible for owning sales analytics, reporting, proposal management, and training efforts for our sales teams.

The Director of Sales Operations will manage and grow a team of analysts to focus on their Salesforce operations efforts, sales data analysis, and reporting. In addition, this role will own training efforts for the sales organization including playbooks, training materials, and content management.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and oversee a team of analysts and operations staff
  • Own Salesforce operations and management, including leading a team to ensure operational and billing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Create and implement a sales onboarding program and playbooks to train new employees
  • Manage a team of sales analysts to track long term sales data, providing insights and KPIs to management
  • Own the contract and proposal tracking processes

Qualifications
  • 5+ years leading Sales Operations for a mid or large sized tech company
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sales or operations employees
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience at a fast-paced startup a plus
