- Lead and motivate the Inside Sales Team consisting of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to efficiently prospect, pitch, and close deals to overachieve assigned quotas.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan in order to hit and exceed target quotas.
- Manage sales plan to ensure sales and set revenue goals are achieved.
- Design repeatable processes and record all leads and opportunities in Salesforce to optimize the Inside Sales Team.
- Coordinate sales planning and monthly reviews of pipeline with the team, identifying new opportunities, demand and revenue generation, and action plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Establish a sales onboarding program to train new employees.
- Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of quota exceeding performance selling enterprise solutions.
- Experience selling business-to-business (B2B) SaaS software solutions.
- Experience selling annual contract values greater than $50k each.
- Proven track record of adding blue chip logos in an Enterprise software role.
- In-depth experience using Salesforce.
- Prior experience working at a fast-paced startup is a plus!
- Sales hungry mentality with solid sales DNA.
