Responsibilities: this role will be responsible for new business revenue growth within Company' s Ecommerce vertical. You will manage a team of inside sales professionals (SDRs and AEs) to help them achieve sales and revenue targets with a focus on generating revenue from new clients. As a successful leader you will be comfortable selling complex technical products, develop customized proposals, conduct sales presentations, and perform onsite product demonstrations for clients:
  • Lead and motivate SDRs and AEs to efficiently prospect, pitch, and close deals to overachieve in their assigned quotas
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Manage sales plan to ensure sales and revenue goals are achieved
  • Design repeatable processes and record all leads and opportunities in Salesforce to optimize the inside sales team
  • Coordinate sales planning and monthly reviews of opportunity pipeline with team, identifying opportunities, demand & revenue generation and action plans to meet / exceed targets
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Establish a sales onboarding program to train new employees

  • 5+ years of quota exceeding performance selling Enterprise solutions in a fast-paced Startup
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS software solutions to CMOs
  • Inside sales experience selling ACV greater than $50k
  • A track record of adding blue chip logos in an Enterprise software role
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA
  • 2+ years experience coaching and mentoring a sales team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Must live in the DC area
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  • Salesforce experience

Salary: commensurate with experience
