Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Create a world class digital platform for all Clients
  • Organic search visibility on Google and other search engines for key targeted search terms
  • Cost effective PPC
  • Social Media presence on all relevant platforms
  • Optimize sites for SEO and SEM to improve the design, content and user experience of existing sites to increase conversion of captured leads
  • Generate inquiries that will convert to qualified monetized leads
  • Create, design, and execute multi-platform interactive campaigns to help build the current brands in new markets
  • Aggressively drive growth of paid search campaigns and organic visibility for our brands.
  • Understand media buying cycles, online marketing philosophy & goals, and target demographics
  • Ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Data & trend analysis
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices  
  • Create & execute digital media campaigns, including A/B testing
  • Support the sales organization by creating and producing engaging digital content resulting in creative monetization opportunities
  • Evaluate, measure, and communicate the performance of digital efforts by category across categories (Personal injury, bike, truck, etc)
  • Source and manage relationships with strategic partners, social media agencies and social monitoring platforms to support, cross-promote and develop operational and commercial opportunities.
  • Minimum education of a Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related area
  • 10 years of related work experience in media planning and buying including digital and social media
  • 5 years of managing a team
  • Experience managing SEO, SEM and UX projects
  • Experience with online lead generation techniques a must
  • Experience in evaluating and reporting on digital media campaigns
  • 3-5 years of working in paid search with Google and Bing, at minimum.
  • Previous experience with search campaigns of more than $500k, annually.
  • Experience with A/B testing and testing platforms, preferably Optimizely
  • Experience creating, strategizing and buying digital and social activations
  • In depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Social Media Platforms
  • Familiar with digital and social media platforms and curating content
  • Experience with all aspects of multi-channel marketing software, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • History of successful development and packaging of branded digital content as part of a larger offering mixed with traditional media
  • Digital agency experience is a plus
  • Strong relationships with both digital media agencies and internal marketing teams that place a premium on digital storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills and solid grasp of paid search basics
  • Strong business acumen and strategic orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive working in team environment
  • Passion for and understanding of the digital space, who has a finger on the pulse of social platform development, user behavior (mainly for 25-55 Hispanic demo), and innovative technology integration
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives
  • Outstanding organizational & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word, excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas, and statistical analysis), outlook and internet skills
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred, but not required
