Responsibilities: Partner with Brand marketing teams to drive/implement digital marketing campaigns and bring them to life through Retailer.com sites and in-store activations in the global travel retail channels and ensure both product marketing campaigns and digital innovation are included as part of their overall 360 marketing executions.
The role is also responsible for accelerating the overall Digital IQ within the Travel Retail teams and proposing TR Brand specific digital strategies. The Digital Director will report into the Executive Director and work closely to develop strategic, innovative concept briefs/initiatives for TR, and manage the team and agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution working together with the Regional Digital and Brand Marketing teams.

- 8+ years of related experience preferably within an advertising or digital agency
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills combined with sound business acumen
- Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and a global mindset
- A driven capacity for executing new digital initatives
- Proven strategic approach within digital, and social media marketing
- Vendor management and oversight of digital media spend
- Bachelor’ s degree, MBA a plus
