Highly motivated self-starter who will act as traffic manager for all things digital  and develop an understanding of the overall business and product marketing strategies &  deliver reports to the team with the guidance of the Head of eCommerce.

  • Support digital marketing strategy and projects for the  website B2C and B2B business
  • Contribute ideas and manage tasks around SEO, email display, social and mailers
  • Utilize CMS platforms to update website assets
  • Responsible for site analytics, site testing, tagging, auditing, implementation, best practices & enhancing the online experience
  • Work with team to anticipate analytics needs & answer product and business questions
  • Design and implement data structures and analyses that drive actionable insights for features and new initiatives
  • Support social media management, digital marketing & content marketing
  • Aid in setup, QA, testing and deployment of a subset of retention and awareness email campaigns
  • Aid in providing reporting insights using software such as Google Analytics
  • Assist marketing team in building email databases
  • Assist with social media QA as needed
  • Streamline email marketing production, audience segmentations, email cohort flow
  • Track, monitor, and report on email campaign performance
  • Utilize existing brand and site guidelines to execute digital requests
  • Market research as needed

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 4 years of  ecommerce experience
  • Familiarity and comfort with using CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp & Facebook Ad Manager a big plus
  • Experience with Kissmetrics & AdWords is a plus
  • Highly proficient in using analytics tools to assess the performance of paid campaigns & SEO efforts
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, strong Excel skills a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior project management skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Analytical, creative and innovative approach to problem solving
