Our client, a highly  innovative agency for digital/social who specializes in entertainment and pop culture related brands is looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the strategic vision and creation of integrated campaigns. You will be  responsible for distilling research and analytics to bring creative briefs to life and inspire a team of creators to push the boundaries of innovation toward the award-winning standards this agency is known for.

You are a natural born leader and have a deep understanding of human behavior and an unparalleled creative spirit. You will act as a key player in analytical research, lead idea generation, brand interpreter, cultural anthropology, comic/sci-fi specialist and storyteller. This role reports to Head of Strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop content that targets key audiences through social and digital platforms
  • Contribute to the creation of presentation materials with other vertical leads
  • Lead inspiring ideation sessions to ensure they meet the hi5 standards of excellence
  • Collaborate with Process Managers, Creative, Social and Tech Leads to ensure deliverables are presented on time and are in line with the clients expectations
  • Present research and recommendations to other vertical counterparts
  • Work with in-house analyst to develop key reporting insights and extrapolate learnings to optimize creative briefings/strategies/concepts in real-time
  • Distill information from RFPs & develop creative briefs that will unify agency verticals

Requirements

  • 4+ years in entertainment marketing experience, creative advertising or equal time on a creative team with proven success on global campaigns and building communities (in strategy, experiential, innovative OOH & digital)

  • Work independently with minimal oversight

  • Experience writing in platform a must

  • Ability to translate big ideas into actionable concepts that can ” break through the clutter”

  • Comfortable communicating ideas in a public forum and have a strong background in public speaking, improv and/or presenting

  • Creative agility and/or ability to switch between different genres with the same commitment to excellence

  • Has native understanding of the digital/mobile space
