This sits on the   Central Creative Team and is a full time hours, onsite freelance/contract position.


About the Role:


Our team is always in flux and often needs unique skill sets for certain projects. We anticipate significant growth as we support the global brand and regional marketing initiatives. In this role for and all sub brands, you’ ll be helping manage the team, augment with freelancers, recruit for staff positions, onboard new team members, and ensure that we have the right people on the right projects. Our teams are currently based in SF, NYC, Amsterdam and need a central source of support with priority needs.
 

The Creative Resource Manager, is the glue of a Creative/Production department and serves as a bridge between Marketing, Finance, and HR/Recruiting: keeping creative running effectively, efficiently, and happily. You are strategic and can see the big picture while managing the details of the day-to-day operations of the group: evaluating and resourcing projects, overseeing workflow and implementing process, developing and fostering strong relationships with internal and external talent, and building culture. You are a strong champion of team and collaboration, everything you do is in service of supporting others be successful so ultimately everyone wins.


What You’ ll Do:

 
  • Acts as key lead for the creative department for everyday resourcing, scheduling, managing and hiring
  • needs
  • Anticipates bottlenecks, scheduling issues and provide solutions quickly and effectively to keep projects and
  • deadlines on track
  • Drives the weekly Creative org resourcing and status meetings
  • Work with daily with CD’ s and department leadership on resourcing and talent needs
  • Provides transparency to all needs, issues, successes and inside the creative department
  • Work with department leadership to audit, recommend and improve creative workflow
  • Aids creative leadership on ongoing recruiting needs
  • Share your deep network of creative professionals to build our team with top talent, all over the world
  • Make sure that every new member of the team has the tools they need to do their job, from a tour of the
  • building, to a badge and a computer and the right access to tools based on their role
  • Build freelance pools to call on when we need to augment
  • Help write job descriptions and assist with the recruiting process
  • Evaluate all project requests, assess needs and skills required, and provide estimates for creative time
  • Work with HR and Creative Leads to track performance and career development; provide team with
  • opportunities for growth and obtaining goals
  • Build an inclusive, collaborative, inspiring, and fun culture.


What You’ ll Need:
  • 4 - 6 years of creative operations experience
  • Deep understanding of agency creative workflow and creative skill sets and synergies
  • A critical eye for good design, direction, writing, production force and other creative skills
  • Incredible interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven experience with resourcing and project management tools
  • Skilled at evaluating project scope and project requirements in order to provide the correct mix of internal
  • resources
  • Experience managing people and developing careers in a creative agency setting
  • Familiarity with employment law and different classifications for workers
  • Experience building staffing plans, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
