Job Description:
  • Influencer Casting
    • Identify potential social influencers for a campaign based on client brief including research, leveraging tools and network
    • Present recommended influencers by compiling relevant information based on clients’ needs
  • Engagement/Procurement
    • Experience making outreach to influencers and management influencer/management communications
    • Based on client briefs, research an compile background and overview information on talent (actors, musicians, athletes, digital influencer, etc.) to consider for potential PR / advertising / marketing campaigns (e.g. athletes, celebrities, digital publishers, etc.) 
    • Participate in internal talent casting/brainstorming sessions
    • Talent vetting and background checks (via third party service provider)
    • Development of client-facing materials; casting sheets, scopes, formal offers, contracts and recap documents
    • Support by creating client-ready “ sell-in” materials using Microsoft suite of programs (Word, etc.)
    • Monitor and mine sports & entertainment news publications, social media channels, blogs, and broadcast for proactive talent lead content opportunities (gifting,  sponsoring, etc.) and generally relevant information  for clients, sell in, execute and recap  
  • Campaign Management
    • Managing the production process for sponsored and custom influencer content from briefing, implementation and recapping
    • Develop and maintain content cadence schedules and asset review process
    • Facilitate talent approvals with brand for campaign assets
    • Track/Document all content, approvals and performance
    • Leverage best practices of social channels and timely FTC compliance
    • Develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact
    • Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and statuses with your manager and clients              
  • General/Administrative
    • Attend regularly scheduled client conference calls
    • Attend in-person client meetings, and new business pitches; participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
    • Coordinate conference calls between account teams, and clients, agents, etc.
    • Schedule and attend weekly in office talent meet & greets
    • Participate in data entry and database management; leverage database to analyze and provide data for clients
    • Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking
  • Personal
    • Passionate about Influencer Marketing and up to date on trends, best practices and innovations is a must
    • Creative, flexible and self-motivated
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines


Work Experience, skills and education
  • 2-3 years of social influencer and digital experience
  • Experience interacting with brands, social influencer representation agencies, social influencer directly
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience using social influencer identification and analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Bachelors degree; preferred if degree is in a relevant course of study; e.g. marketing, integrated marketing communications (marketing, PR, advertising)
