The Brand Manager, Fragrance will be responsible for brand and product development and management of this beauty companies largest line.
You will be responsible for developing assortments that provide trend-right, must-have-it-now moments of desire, and for implementing marketing & strategy plans to achieve the sales goals and objectives of the category. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing line plans, product vision and strategies and tactics through analysis and market insight to deliver annual and quarterly revenue and profit plans.
Partnering with the Marketing Director, you will develop current and future product strategies and execute brand development in line with the category strategic plan.
You must understand the beauty market and competitive landscape of Direct Selling, Internet and Social Media retailers, and deliver an appropriate mix of trend, global market knowledge, historical sales data and instinct to ideate and deliver true product innovation in accordance with the company brand values.
*Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent required. MBA or Master’ s degree preferred.
*Minimum 3-5 years of product marketing experience, in international product development/brand management of beauty/consumer goods/Direct Selling. Experience within the beauty industry a must. Direct Sales experience considered a plus.
*Excellent conceptual development skills.
*Strategic/analytical thinking combined with strong numeric and verbal reasoning.
