Title of Job: Brand Manager, Employment Brand

Company/Job Description: JBCconnect is partnering with the world’ s largest social media platform and technology company.

Location:  New York, NY

Salary:  Depending upon experience

Start Date: ASAP, 12 month contract

 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of branding and marketing efforts to support regional hiring initiatives.
  • Drive marketing campaigns from launch and community engagement to optimization and performance tracking/reporting.
  • Employ an integrated marketing communications approach to convey our employment brand story through content marketing:
    • Create engaging content to fuel our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games/puzzles, print collateral, event properties, and communication templates
    • Manage ad outreach, campaign strategy (organic, paid, shared) and execution
    • Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts
    • Enable recruiting team with content and toolkits for candidate engagement
    • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI
    • Align goals/objectives with hiring areas with a strong focus on engineering and tech audiences
  • Positively position and increase brand awareness for Facebook as a company to work for
  • Strategically use specific products in recruitment efforts
  • Set and manage internal partnerships and expectations
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally
  • Collaborate with design, production and engineering teams
  • Drive a candidate centric approach and positively impact their experience

 

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
  • 6+ years relevant marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience executing employment brand campaigns
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years copy writing skills
  • Experience developing strategy and managing client relationships
  • Experience developing digital campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and other digital interfaces

Preferred Requirements:
  • Tech and engineering communication and marketing experience preferred
  • A strong passion to help our recruiting and hiring teams connect with potential candidates in a meaningful way
  • Strong ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns
  • Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities
  • Ability to articulate concepts and solutions
  • Exceptional relationship building skills in a highly cross-functional environment
