Description: 

The VP of Growth is responsible for executing the company' s strategic growth initiatives and aligning leadership and studio talent to accomplish these goals. This is a new leadership position that partners with the CEO and CFO to create and execute on a vision and strategy for growing the business. This role also oversees the company’ s business development efforts to diversify and grow the business including cultivating existing accounts, as well as proactive and targeted outbound outreach efforts. The VP of Growth will partner with our clients  leadership team to set revenue goals and track growth metrics.

The VP Growth is a thoughtful leader and builder with a desire to work cross-functionally with the studio’ s discipline leaders. He/she must have a proven track record of successfully growing an agency through securing leads and bringing in new business and organic client growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop the business pipeline by bringing in targeted opportunities, developing relationships and leveraging existing industry connections
  • Crystalize the growth plan for our client  and create strategies that combine outbound business development, existing account growth and marketing/PR to actualize that vision
  • Bridge expertise of leadership team/discipline leads to identify key opportunities and strategies to increase revenue
  • Oversee business and client development initiatives, and support scalable processes to improve outbound and inbound pipeline
  • Foster a positive, best-in-class creative work environment that encourages development, nurtures new ideas and provides breadth of experience

Requirements:
  • You have 10+ years of experience in an executive growth capacity or in a similar role with a successful track record of helping an organization grow in revenue and size
  • You are a “ hunter” who has demonstrated experience growing revenue across new and existing client opportunities
  • You have a strong network of relationships across various industries (including healthcare, automotive/transportation, IoT, retail, AI/robotics)
  • You have a strong business acumen with a broad understanding of the long-range strategic planning required to meet the company’ s objectives and revenue goals
  • You ideally have experience in design consulting, or similar consulting experience partnering with best-in-class creative teams
