As part of the larger recruiting organization, are clients team is  responsible for identifying the smartest and most passionate individuals as well as developing scalable programs and processes that are in support their  diversity goals and objectives. We are looking for someone to leverage our clients platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment and Inclusion and Diversity teams. 

Location: Austin, Texas

Start Date: ASAP

Hourly Rate: TBD

Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet our clients business objectives
  • Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the business client groups
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR, Compensation)
  • Team with Industry Recruiters, University Recruiters and coordinators to manage an efficient model of operation

Requirements:
  • Must have approximately 2-4 years recruiting experience with large or growing tech organizations
  • Prior campus recruiting experience is a plus but not required
  • Broad knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Passionate about the technology/industry
  • Excellent social media skills, ability to market roles creatively
  • Solid tech and university knowledge with ability to understand relevant business skills, target companies, conferences, niche communities within universities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate strongly at all levels of the organization
