Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the short and longer-term local trade marketing strategy based on commercial and consumer insights for the client portfolio, consistent with the new brand strategy and vision. The Trade Marketing Manager is an expert who leads all wholesale marketing activities both online and offline, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including account buying and marketing teams, and internal sales teams, alongside agency and other partners. 
The role comprises the design and implementation of Point of Sale solutions (online/offline) alongside innovative and results oriented BTL activations adapted to each channel, in order to grow and increase sell out of key concepts and build brand equity. 
The Trade Marketing Manager will oversee trade / promotional calendars and budget, tracking sales results and key learnings in order to optimize future campaigns. A large focus of this role will be assisting sales to sell in key concepts to wholesale partners in a compelling and innovative way, ensuring the sales team have the tools they need to maximize sell in and then to drive sell out. All wholesale plans will be aligned to regional objectives and consistent with central brand guidelines.

Person Specification -
•     Minimum 4 years marketing experience, ideally within a wholesale marketing context
•     Marketing planning, campaign development, visual merchandising/POS design & development, event management, KPIs setting and tracking ROI
•     Experience in FMCG and/or female / beauty / apparel business 
•     Commercial / Field experience is a bonus
•     Ability to motivate via strong presentation & communication skills
•     Experience with agency management and processes


Salary  -  £ 35000
