Location:  Menlo Park, CA

Salary:  Depending upon experience

Start Date: ASAP, 1 year contract

Responsibilities:
  • Define, design and implement the leadership recruiting program for all senior specialized technical positions (Product Design, Product Management, Product Analytics, Data Engineering and More). This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
  • Partner with Leadership to identify, present and calibrate on the external talent market
  • Interface with all senior executives and managers on senior talent needs- this includes regular updates, identification of new targets, creation of strategy and mapping talent
  • Management consultation with regards to the search which includes milestone tracking to help bring searches to a successful completion
  • Own research and competitive intelligence as it relates to the social media company' s senior talent needs within Product.
  • Become a contributing member of the Recruitment Leadership team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and values of the social media company, and lead the team to do the same

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years Sourcing/Research experience within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Experience in search of Senior Specialized Manager, Director and VP level Candidates
  • A passionate belief in the social benefits of the Internet and the social media company, in particular.
  • Proven senior level sourcing experience in a fast paced environment recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in talent mapping and managing data around engagements
  • Effective at partnering with team and clients, including senior management.
  • Prior use of talent supply or pipeline data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with leaders across Organizations
