  • Ensure that user needs and motivations are kept top-of-mind for clients and designers throughout the design process
  • Lead user-needs discovery and opportunity validation efforts via research, synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data to inform hero/signature experiences and identify key touch points
  • Orchestrate service experiences and make workflows that span across all touch points (physical, digital and human)
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with program management and team leads to define/refine scopes, briefs and approaches to the projects

  • 6-8 years of experience in service design and/or strategy consulting
  • Ideal candidate has 2+ years retail design strategy experience
  • Strong understanding of, interest in, and passion for design
  • Expertise in service design tools such as journey maps, service blueprint/workflows and service prototyping; merchandising experience a plus

  • Love for collaboration, with a readiness guide brainstorms and conversations with clients/internal teams with sometimes conflicting viewpoints
  • Willing to put the good of the project outcome before personal interests
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter in a demanding environment
  • Familiarity with Keynote
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
