Salary:  Depending upon experience

Start Date: 08/15/2017, 11 month contract

  • Design and drive planning activities with the primary objective of enabling reseller sales leadership to make effective, analytically-driven and strategic operating decisions
  • Business planning and insights: Support management in strategic, operational and financial planning and ensure decisions in line with the global sales organization’ s approach
  • Lead business analysis including revenue, customer and market analysis
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance and any other KPI required by leadership to manage reseller business
  • Strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives: Help drive critical projects and initiatives for the Reseller sales teams, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Lead/facilitate cross functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
  • In conjunction with business owners, provide guidance in developing and expanding reseller relationships assessing viability and return on investment
  • Coordinate across regional sales ops teams and cross-functional teams to solve operational issues related to processes and systems
  • Data analysis: Conduct market and business analysis, and help develop business case for expanding reseller network in new geographies
  • Conduct data analysis on existing reseller business to enable regular reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Design tools and processes in support of regional reseller businesses

  • BA/BS degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field)
  • 3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting, or 1+ years with MBA/Master’ s degree
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Willingness to support multiple time zones in our global organization
  • Excel skills required
  • Preferred Qualifications: MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • SQL, Tableau skills
  • Prior experience with online advertising, media agencies or channel sales
